The Lord’s Day – May 26, 2013
Welcome to Walker United Reformed Church. “Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving.” Psalm 95: 2. Our worship services today will be led by Rev. Corey Dykstra. The sermon this morning is entitled “Elijah’s Exodus”. There will be two offerings in the morning worship. The first will be for “WalkerMinistries” and the second will be for the “Walker Christian Education Fund”.
The sermon this evening is entitled “Forgiven and Forgiving” The evening offering will be for t he “Kids’ Life Bible Clubs”. Kids’ Life Bible Clubs supports individuals and churches throughout West Michigan who teach elementary school children at a weekly Bible Club after school in public schools. The mission of KLBC is to present the Gospel and lead children to salvation through Jesus Christ. KLBC provides a curriculum guide, regular teaching instruction and support, as well as all necessary supplies to make the club educational and enjoyable.

The morning offering will be for “WalkerMinistries”. The evening offering will be for “Wedgwood Christian Services”. Wedgwood Christian Services is a distinctly Christian and professionally excellent community of caring individuals dedicated to helping young people to develop the ability to live secure and productive lives. Since 1960, Wedgwood has been extending God’s love to children, adults and families through professional services that promote healing and wholeness.
